Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days nationwide
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Shipping Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is dispatched
Shipping Charges
- A flat delivery charge of Rs 250 applies to orders under Rs 25,000. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 25,000 or more, anywhere in Pakistan. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

- High order volume or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will keep you informed about your order status.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video is required to process claims
