  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
  • Orders may be cancelled due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Payment issues
    • Suspicious or high-risk activity
  • We may contact you for order verification, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

4. Payment Terms

  • We offer multiple payment options, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments (if available).
  • Full payment must be received before order processing (except COD).
  • In case of failed or incomplete payments, orders may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are typically 2–5 working days nationwide.
  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

6. Warranty & Returns

  • All products are subject to our Warranty Policy and Return Policy.
  • Warranty claims are handled as per manufacturer terms.
  • Returns are only accepted under specified conditions (sealed and within 3 days).

7. User Responsibilities

By using our website, you agree:

  • Customer history with COD rejections

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Sindh, including relevant consumer courts.
